Disband The FBI
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) continues its downward spiral into terminal corruption. Sadly, the scandals, criminality and ethical abuses of the organization are largely ignored by the American public and by the institutions of government charged with oversight and correction. Outrage after outrage is reported, hearings are held, Inspector General reports are issued -- but the systemic corruption is never really tackled and dirty cops skate away virtually unscathed.This situation is constitutionally unacceptable, corrosive to public trust in law enforcement, and a threat to the survival of the republic.
In the past few days alone, we have learned that the October 2020 Michigan governor kidnap plot was largely a creation of the FBI; a "senior FBI official" was on the take from media organizations; and another assistant director was in a "romantic relationship with a subordinate" and involved in "other misconduct."
The leadership failures documented by the Office of the Inspector General are now almost standard and part of a tiresome media drip-torture for the public to endure.
Meanwhile, the FBI had the audacity to issue a Stasi-like tweet urging "monitoring of 'family members and peers' for extremism."
Remember: what we learn about the FBI in the press are only the stories that are SO outrageous that the FBI cannot keep a lid on them and is forced to make disclosures via a toothless Inspector General report -- but never anything that results in a criminal indictment. Imagine what the ordinary day-to-day misconduct in FBI offices across the country could be. And these scandals don't just amount to "bad press" – in several of these, federal courts scourge the FBI for lawbreaking. Additionally, Inspector General report after report details FBI abuses such as whistleblowers being retaliated against and ignoring "high-risk" employees who fail polygraph tests.
There are still apologists for the FBI. Some seek to defend the organization with the rationalization that "it's always been that way." That sort of thinking is a cynical effort to inoculate and immunize real criminality as something normal and regular. "Get used to it kid, that's the way of the world," they offer with a shrug and a grin. Others, like Sean Hannity, cling to the "just a few bad apples" excuse. That sort of FBI cheerleading flies in the face of a litany of systemic abuses and pervasive abusers. The FBI ran a coup against President Trump. It failed. The following got away: Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Clinesmith, Pientka, Brower, Baker, et al. Any real consequences for attempting to overthrow the government of the United States? No. Source

A woman was founded beheaded on a Minnesota sidewalk by police responding to calls of a stabbing incident on Wednesday.
America Mafalda Thayer, 55, was found with stab wounds at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Spencer Street in Shakopee around 2.31pm on Wednesday, the Shakopee Police Department said in a news release.
Cops discovered Thayer's body lying next to a car - with her head nearby, according to a search warrant obtained by KMSP.
Alexis Saborit, 42, who was reportedly in a rocky relationship with Thayer, was arrested in connection with her killing. He is being held in the Scott County Jail while a second-degree murder charge is pending, according to the jail's inmate roster. A southern Indiana man has been charged with murder after firefighters found a woman's decapitated, mutilated body inside her burning apartment.
Later, cops allegedly found her head in a suitcase and 'human digits' - such as fingers and toes - inside a plastic container at the home of suspect Brian Williams, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by WDRB.
Williams, 36, has been charged with murder, arson and misdemeanor theft in connection with the death of 67-year-old Melody Gambetty.
Police said they do not believe Williams knew Gambetty and that the murder might have happened as the result of burglary attempt or home invasion, WDRB reported.
Williams was ordered to be held without bond on Wednesday during his initial hearing in Clark County Circuit Court, during which a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.Investigators said a fire crew responding Tuesday morning to a fire at Gambetty's apartment at a Clarksville apartment complex entered and found her body on the floor. She had been decapitated and other body parts had been removed.
Clarksville Police Major Joe Demoss said during a news conference on Wednesday that Williams was quickly nailed down as a suspect after cops canvassed the area and retrieved surveillance video from nearby residents showing him with a suitcase.
Williams had also allegedly been knocking on doors in the neighborhood to ask people for community service work, WDRB reported.
Surveillance footage shows Williams entering the complex at 12.42pm, according to the probable cause affidavit. He then leaves carrying two suitcases to the victim's car at 3.51pm. Source

Police investigate homicide in Shakopee, suspect in custody
SHAKOPEE, Minn. (FOX 9) - Police say there is no threat to the public after a deadly incident on Wednesday in Shakopee, Minnesota.
According to police, they responded around 2:30 p.m. for the report of a homicide near the intersection of 4th Avenue and Spencer Street in the city.Police blocked off the area as the investigation is underway. Aerial video shows a blue tent set up at the corner of the intersection next to a gray sedan and a number of investigators working the scene.
Authorities have not yet disclosed what led up to the death or exactly how the victim was killed. Sources tell FOX 9 that first responders encountered a "grisly" scene and say a knife was used in the attack. We're also told that the attack was witnessed by several people in the area and sources say the victim and suspect were in some type of relationship.
Officers say a suspect has been taken into custody and they don't believe there is a threat to the public. Police said the suspect is known to law enforcement and has a lengthy record.
Meanwhile, neighbors said they were shocked to see something like this unfold in front of them in the middle of the day. Source
Suspect Arrested After Woman Found Stabbed To Death On Shakopee Sidewalk
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 42-year-old Shakopee man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead from stab wounds Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Shakopee Police Department, the fatal stabbing occurred at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Spencer Street. There, a 55-year-old woman, identified as America Mafalda Thaye of Shakopee, was found on the sidewalk with stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Police say they quickly arrested a 42-year-old man on suspicion of second-degree murder. He’s being held in Scott County Jail on pending charges.
Police believe the suspect knew the victim and that it was not a random act. The homicide investigation is ongoing.
“The Shakopee Police Department also wants to express its appreciation to the agencies who responded to assist on the incident. The department would also like to extend its condolences to the family of the victim,” police said in a release. Source

Eight dead in 22-vehicle accident on Interstate 15 near Kanosh
Eight people — including some children — were killed in a multiple-vehicle crash near Kanosh on Sunday, as drivers were blinded by a sandstorm. The Utah Highway Patrol reported that at least 10 people were taken to area hospitals Sunday after the series of crashes — which involved at least 22 vehicles. At least three of the victims were in critical condition. Five of the dead were traveling in one vehicle; two others were in a second vehicle; the eighth person who died was in a third vehicle. The names of the victims will not be released until 24 hours after family members are notified, according to the UHP. The collisions happened about 4:30 p.m. on Interstate 15 near milepost 152, between the Meadow and Kanosh exits in Millard County, about 150 miles south of Salt Lake City. The crashes happened, UHP officials said, when high winds kicked up sand or dust, which impaired drivers’ visibility on the highway. Source

E-4B “Doomsday Plane” Just Made A Highly Unusual Visit To Secretive Tonopah Test Range Airport
In a highly unusual move, one of the U.S. Air Force’s E-4B Nightwatch aircraft, also known as National Airborne Operations Centers, or NAOCs, touched down today at Tonopah Test Range Airport (TTR), one of the most famous secretive aircraft operating locations in the United States, only surpassed by nearby Area 51. What might have triggered this highly unusual visit is puzzling, to say the least, but it seems it could (me must stress could)have been related to a possible visit to the facility by Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III.
Confirmation of the E-4B’s arrival into TTR was provided using data available from open-source flight data website ADS-B Exchange, with the jet, serial number 74-0787, using the TITAN25 callsign usually assigned when the Secretary of Defense is onboard. Source

Explosion at a plant in Central China city after flood pours into alloy tank, no casualties reported: local government
An explosion occurred at an aluminum alloy plant on Tuesday morning in Dengfeng, Central China's Henan Province. No casualties were reported as of press time, said local authorities.
Local emergency management staff have rushed to the scene.
The incident occurred at around 6:00 am at an aluminum alloy plant in a village of Gaocheng township after flood water from a nearby river poured into an alloy tank with a high temperature solution, according to a statement Dengfeng government issued on Tuesday.
After Dengfeng experienced heavy rainstorm on Monday, the water level of the Yinghe River soared and exceeded the warning line at around 4 am. The increased water level resulted in the collapse of the surrounding wall and flooded into the factory, said the statement.
The company later cut the power and evacuated its staff from the plant, it said.
A Gaocheng resident, surnamed Chen, told the Global Times that she heard a loud noise when the explosion occurred. "I thought it was a thunder as it was raining heavily outside then. I checked the time -- it was at 6:06 am," she said.
According to public information, Dengfeng Power Group Aluminum Alloy Company, the enterprise that runs the plant, showed a normal record in its all seven environmental protection onsite inspections.
Dengfeng government officials have arrived at the scene to help with the evacuation of the residents around the plant. No casualties or missing people were reported.
The city authorities have also started flood season safety investigation and rectification.
Dengfeng Meteorological Service issued a yellow (or level-III) warning for rainstorm Monday noon. The warning was raised to red (or level-I) at 9:25 am on Tuesday. Source

Several of the Texas Democrats who fled the state capital to avoid voting on an election integrity bill have tested positive for the coronavirus.
Three of the 60 Texas House Democrats tested positive for the virus while staying in Washington, D.C., according to Texas House Democratic Caucus leadership. One of the members found out about their positive test late on Friday evening but did not have symptoms, officials say. All House members were notified of the positive tests and were all tested themselves immediately. The caucus says that the two other members found out about their positive test on Saturday.
The members who tested positive will be forced to isolate themselves for 10 days.
Earlier this week, the Democratic lawmakers fled to the nation’s capital to avoid participating in a quorum vote on a Republican proposed bill aimed at strengthening voter ID requirements for mail-in ballots. The bill also bans drive-thru and overnight early voting.
The news received immediate criticism from conservatives on Twitter with some of them sarcastically pointing out that the lawmakers had been photographed travelling on an airplane to D.C. without masks.
"Saw a photo of a lot of them on a plane and none were wearing masks," The Federalist commentary writer Eddie Scarry tweeted. "Had me worried about how many people they might infect. I don’t know why they were so careless, with all these new variants. Should just follow the science." Source

Some of the former Colombian servicemen arrested after last week’s assassination of Haiti’s president previously received U.S. military training, according to the Pentagon, raising fresh questions about the United States’ ties to Jovenel Moïse’s death. “A review of our training databases indicates that a small number of the Colombian individuals detained as part of this investigation had participated in past U.S. military training and education programs, while serving as active members of the Colombian Military Forces,” Lt. Col. Ken Hoffman, a Pentagon spokesman, said in a statement to The Washington Post. The Pentagon’s review is ongoing, Hoffman said. He did not say how many of the men received training or precisely what it entailed. Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.), whose legislation provides oversight of foreign defense aid used in human rights abuses, said the episode was a grim reminder that U.S. assistance to other countries can take unexpected turns. “This illustrates that while we want our training of foreign armies to build professionalism and respect for human rights, the training is only as good as the institution itself,” Leahy said. “The Colombian army, which we have supported for 20 years, has a long history of targeting civilians, violating the laws of war and not being accountable. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — An explosion Wednesday in Saudi Arabia struck what authorities described as an ammunition dump containing “unserviceable munitions.” Videos showed sparks, flames and smoke shooting out of a desert location southeast of Riyadh near a major air base. The blast happened at 5:10 a.m. as the sun rose over the city of Kharj, Brig. Gen. Turki al-Malki said, according to a report by the state-run Saudi Press Agency. He described the blast as an accident. “Thankfully, no damages or injuries have occurred,” al-Malki said. “The incident is being monitored by competent authorities.” Kharj is close to Prince Sultan Air Base, which has some 2,500 American troops now manning fighter jets and Patriot missile batteries to counter Iran. U.S. Air Force Capt. Rachel Buitrago told The Associated Press that no American troops were affected by the blast and that they stood ready to assist the kingdom if needed after the blast. Source

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A mural honoring George Floyd erected at Summit and Lagrange in Toledo has collapsed. According to Toledo Police, witnesses say it was destroyed by a lightning strike. 13abc’s Doppler Radar did show a lightning strike in that block at about 4:30 PM this afternoon.Toledo police were seen outside the building, which used to house the Mugshots Bar, setting up tape around the pile of bricks that once formed the artwork.The mural was painted nearly one year to the date of its collapse in July 2020. Groups have held memorial services for Floyd in front of the mural, including on the one-year anniversary of his death at the hands of Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin. Chauvin was later convicted of murder and sentenced to 22.5 years in prison.
The building itself is structurally sound, according to a City of Toledo building inspector. The building’s owner is working to clean up the bricks and tear down the rest of the mural wall. Source

One of the Americans arrested over the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse was a DEA informant who handed over the warlord responsible for leading the last coup in the Caribbean nation, it has been revealed. The DEA has admitted one of their 'confidential sources' was involved in the assassination, denied it orchestrated the plot and disclosed that he called them after the killing and they advised him to hand himself in. Joseph Vincent, 55, has been named by sources to the Miami Herald as the DEA informant. Vincent helped the DEA in 2017 to arrest Guy Philippe, who led a 2004 coup against then-President Jean Bertrand Aristide, on drugs trafficking charges, the sources said. Vincent was with Haitian Police when Philippe was handed over to the DEA at an airport. Philippe is now serving nine years in a US federal prison. Vincent was one of three US citizens arrested last week on suspicion of being behind Wednesday's early morning deadly raid on the president's home. The two others are James Solages, 35, a maintenance worker, and Christian Emmanuel Sanon, a 63-year-old doctor and pastor, who is accused of being the mastermind. 23 Colombians are also under arrest. WASHINGTON, July 12 (Reuters) - One of the Haitian-American men arrested on suspicion of taking part in the assassination of Haiti's president last week had been an informant to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, a DEA official said on Monday.
Haitian authorities last week arrested two Haitian-American men, Joseph Vincent, 55, and James Solages, 35, and charged them with joining 26 Colombians in the fatal attack on Haitian President Jovenel Moise.
The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, declined to say which of the two men had been an informant.
"One of the suspects in the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise was a confidential source to the DEA," the DEA official said in an email, adding that the suspect had reached out to the DEA after the assassination and that it urged him to surrender. Yeah.
"Vincent allegedly claimed the plot was orchestrated by a foreigner named 'Mike' who spoke English and Spanish..... 'the mission was to arrest President Jovenel Moïse, within the framework of the execution of a mandate of an investigating judge and not to kill him.'
It was a planned arrest that went wrong.
It looks like it was a CIA/DEA operation to arrest Jovenel Moïse, using mercenaries. Probably run by a few DEA Special Agents who are now in hiding.
Biden didn't and couldn't use US Military for the planned arrest so they went the illiterate mercenary route.
Jovenel Moïse was to be arrested by the Biden Administration because Jovenel Moïse overstayed his welcome.
Jovenel Moïse defended himself and his wife so he shot and killed a few mercenaries and the mercenaries fired back killing Jovenel Moïse and wounding his wife.
Again - an arrest gone wrong - because the CIA/DEA used illiterate mercenaries.
If the arrest would have gone as planned - Biden would have celebrated the arrest as a victory for Democratic Election Justice etc...
Well it went bad and the CIA/DEA/BIDEN team are covering the mess up.
Hopefully it comes out soon. If not it will take years.
Remember this is not like some TV show or the Movies where you have Matt Damon playing the leading role with a bunch of assorted hunks playing the soldiers etc... No, the reality is that DEA agents and the ones they hired are scum.
Lastly if it was truly an assassination hit then there would have been a very small team with one shooter.

Two US citizens arrested over the assassination of Jovenel Moïse have allegedly claimed they were hired as translators in a plot to arrest the Haitian president but not to kill him.
Haitian-born American citizens James Solages, 35, and Joseph Vincent, 55, are said to have confessed to being involved in Wednesday's early morning raid that left Moïse dead and his wife fighting for her life.
Vincent allegedly claimed the plot was orchestrated by a foreigner named 'Mike' who spoke English and Spanish, they planned to take Moïse to the National Palace and the plot was devised over the course of a month in a hotel in Pétion-Ville.
Deputy justice of the peace Judge Clément Noël told Le Nouvelliste the two men, who both live in Florida, said 'the mission was to arrest President Jovenel Moïse, within the framework of the execution of a mandate of an investigating judge and not to kill him.'
Solages said he 'found this job on the internet', Noël told the outlet.
Authorities are now investigating if the plot was an inside job with the president's key security personnel facing interrogation.

Haitian Prosecutor Me Bed-Ford Claude said he had seen no casualties among the president's security detail following the assassination.
'They are responsible for the security of the president... I did not see any police victim except the president and his wife. If you are responsible for the security of the president where were you?'
Officials said they are still looking for the 'intellectual authors' of the plot. National Police Director Leon Charles said 'we have the physical perpetrators in hand and we are looking for the instigators.'
It also emerged that the hit squad stayed at a home recently vacated by politician Magalie Habitant, an apparent ally of the murdered president.
However, she claims she left the property in Thomassin three months ago and hired it from a lawyer.
Habitant was implicated in a 2019 plot when seven heavily-armed foreign mercenaries were arrested in Haiti before fleeing the country. She was suspected of buying the vehicles used by the group and was temporarily banned from leaving the country.
In total, Haiti National Police said there were 28 presumed assassins responsible for Wednesday's raid, with 17 arrested, three dead and eight still at large. Source

Dhaka, Bangladesh (CNN)At least 52 people were killed when a massive fire ripped through a juice factory in Bangladesh, officials said Friday.
The fire started Thursday afternoon on the ground floor of a six-story Hashem Foods Ltd. factory in Rupganj, east of the capital Dhaka, Debashis Bardhan, deputy director of the fire service and civil defense said.
The presence of chemicals and flammable substances like polythene and clarified butter contributed to the blaze in the factory, and made it more difficult to bring under control, the state-run Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha news agency reported. Source

Rhoden allegedly shot 46-year-old Gene Siller, who was director of golf at the club, in the head near the 10th hole after police said the golf pro 'witnessed an active crime' unfolding. Police who arrived at the scene later discovered the bodies of two men - Paul Pierson, 76, of Kansas; and Henry Valdez, 46, of California - in the back of a white Ram 3500 pickup truck that Rhoden had allegedly driven onto the course.

Police probing the death of a pensioner whose torso was found 200 miles from her London home have arrested a 36-year-old woman on suspicion of murder.
Mee Chong, 67, was found dead in woods in Salcombe, Devon, on June 27, two weeks after going missing from her home in Wembley, north west London. The victim - known to friends as 'Debbie' - had been reported missing from her home on June 11. Her death was initially treated as unexplained with enquiries led by Devon and Cornwall Police.A post-mortem took place at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital on June 28, but the cause of death has not yet been ascertained.
Further enquiries undertaken by Devon and Cornwall Police in South Devon and the London area led to a murder investigation being launched and an incident room being set up yesterday by the Met Police's Specialist Crime Command.
Scotland Yard confirmed that a 36-year-old woman was arrested at a residential address in Kilburn, north west London last night on suspicion of murder. She remains in custody at a north London police station. Source

The FBI seized a "fully constructed" Lego set of the U.S. Capitol from the home of an alleged insurrectionist.
Prosecutors detailed the finding in a court document for Robert Morss, who was arrested on June 11 at his home in Glenshaw, Pa.
The government argued that Morss should be detained from court pending trial. According to the court filing dated July 2, law enforcement recovered clothing and other items from Morss’s home that match what he carried on Jan. 6. Among the items were a “'Don’t Tread on Me' flag, a neck gaiter, a military utility bag, a black tourniquet, and military fatigues.”
In addition, “law enforcement also recovered a fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set,” prosecutors wrote.
It’s unclear why Morss had the Lego set. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette previously reported that Morss was a substitute social studies teacher. Source

Jovenal Moise was killed in a nighttime raid at his property in the capital Port Au Prince by mystery Spanish-speaking gunmen. A statement from Haiti’s interim prime minister, Claude Joseph, said the deadly attack took place in the early hours of this morning. “A group of individuals who have not been identified, some of whom were speaking Spanish, attacked the private residence of the President of the Republic and fatally injured the Head of State," he said. WASHINGTON, July 7 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden said on Wednesday he was shocked by the "heinous" assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise and wounding of his wife in their home, and administration officials said Washington was to ready help investigate what happened.
Moise, 53, was shot dead and his wife Martine left in critical condition after unidentified gunmen opened fire with assault rifles in his private residence overnight, stirring fears of chaos in the impoverished Caribbean nation already reeling from rampant gang violence and facing a constitutional crisis.
"We condemn this heinous attack and I am sending my sincere wishes for First Lady Moise's recovery," Biden said in a statement. "The United States offers condolences to the people of Haiti and we stand ready to assist as we continue to work for a safe and secure Haiti."
"We need a lot more information but it's just, it's very worrisome about the state of Haiti," Biden told reporters at the White House.

Haiti's ambassador to the United States, Bocchit Edmond, told Reuters in an interview that his government would welcome U.S. security assistance in the wake of the assassination.
Edmond said the gunmen falsely identified themselves as agents from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), citing video footage the government has in its possession, but added, "No way they were DEA agents."

An explosion blast occurred in the Jebel Ali seaport in Dubai late Wednesday night.
The fire broke out in a container ship anchored at the Dubai port and civil defence are working to put out the blaze, the government Dubai Media Office said on Wednesday.
Reuters witnesses had earlier heard a blast in Dubai, the region's trade hub. Two fire trucks and other emergency vehicles could be seen heading south of Dubai, one Reuters correspondent said.
According to the official Twitter account of the Government of Dubai Media Office, a fire broke out in a container ship docked in the port.
Dubai Media Office added that firefighters are attempting to put out the flames, and that no injuries have been reported so far. Source
