Another pair of American Sodomites murdering the locals....

Two American tourists, aged 18 and 19, confess to killing an Italian policeman, 35, who tried to recover a backpack they stole in Rome during a bungled drug deal where they were given ground aspirin instead of cocaine

Two San Francisco teens on a ‘drug holiday’ in Rome have been arrested in the Italian capital on charges of murder and attempted extortion in connection with the fatal stabbing of a police officer on Friday morning. Lee Elder Finnegan, 19, confessed to stabbing 35-year-old paramilitary policeman Mario Cerciello Rega to death during an apparent drug deal gone wrong, Italian authorities said Saturday. A second California native, Gabriel Christian Natale Hjorth, 18, was also involved in the scuffle that led to Rega's death, police say. In a statement, Roman police revealed that both of the men had been interrogated by Carabinieri officials and, ‘in the face of overwhelming evidence’, they eventually confessed to the crimes. 'It was me, but I didn't think he was a policeman,' Finnegan is said to have told investigators. 'I was afraid of being cheated again.' Source

UPDATE 30 JULY

PICTURED: The huge 7-inch combat knife that San Francisco teens 'used to stab unarmed Italian cop to death', as it's revealed one of the boys left a high school student 'with severe brain injuries' in a 2016 fight

Italian police have displayed the huge military-style knife that two American teenagers allegedly used to stab a Carabinieri to death, as they reveal the full brutality of the killing.  Colonel Lorenzo D'Aloia held up an image of the 7-inch blade - known as a Ka-Bar trench dagger and associated with the US Marine Corp - during a police press conference in the capital today.  He also revealed that the Rome cop was not carrying his gun when he was murdered, and added that even if he was armed the attack was so sudden he had little chance to defend himself.   Finnegan Lee Elder, 19, and Gabriel Christian Natale-Hjorth, 18, both from San Francisco, are suspected of knifing Vice Brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega 11 times on Friday.  Source

UPDATE 28 JULY

PICTURED Lee Elder Finnegan BLINDFOLDED

PICTURED: US teen, 18, BLINDFOLDED and handcuffed in custody after killing an undercover Italian cop with his friend - as neighbors from their wealthy San Francisco suburb reveal the pair were 'violent' and 'constantly drunk'

One of the American teenagers accused of murdering an undercover Italian police officer during a bungled drug deal was 'illegally blindfolded' before his interrogation. A photo of Gabriel Christian Natale-Hjorth, 18, shows him handcuffed, with his head bowed and a scarf covering his eyes. He spent a second night in a Rome jail Saturday with friend Finnegan Lee Elder, 19, after they were both interrogated for hours about their alleged roles in the murder of Vice Brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega. Natale-Hjorth was said to have been blindfolded 'for a very few minutes, four or five' on Friday just before he was questioned about the fatal stabbing, Provincial Cmdr. Francesco Gargaro said. Italian police say they have now launched an investigation into the incident with a spokesman confirming: 'We disassociate ourselves with this kind of behavior and we are investigating who was responsible.' Blindfolding of a suspect 'is illegal. It's not allowed,' Gargaro said. The officer who put the blindfold on committed a 'mistake' but did so to prevent Natale-Hjorth from seeing documents related to the investigation, the commander said. Natale-Hjorth had been brought in handcuffs to the station from his hotel, Gargaro said. He was interrogated by police and prosecutors without a lawyer there since he hadn't been formally detained as a suspect and Italian law doesn't allow an attorney's presence at that stage, the commander said. The officer was transferred to a different unit, Gargaro said. The Carabinieri were also investigating who took the photo and how it was leaked. Lawyers for the two Americans were not immediately available for comment. Source
