Penis-scrawling prankster wanted for vandalizing NYPD tickets
Top cops are trying to find the NYPD prankster who scrawled penis images on a handful of moving violations tickets that were almost given out to the public.
On Monday morning, a cop from the 83rd Precinct was about to give a motorist a ticket for having excessive tint on his car.
But when the ticket came out of his squad car’s printer, he spotted a giant phallic symbol drawn on the top of it.
A prankster had vandalized at least three of the tickets before they were put in the printer in the cop’s squad car, sources said. Source
